By using Collection App (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Infilot Solutions.
Use of the App
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Businesses and schemes
Collection App is a record-keeping and collection-tracking tool for businesses. It is not a scheme provider: it does not offer, operate or guarantee any scheme. Each business is solely responsible for the schemes it offers, its dealings with customers, applicable laws and regulations, and the accuracy of data it enters. Infilot Solutions is not a party to any scheme between a business and its customers and does not hold or transfer customers’ funds.
Availability
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Infilot Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
