Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Collection App (the "App"), provided by Infilot Solutions ("we", "us"), collects and uses information.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, mobile number, password (stored hashed), business name and role (admin, agent or customer).
- Customer and agent records entered by businesses: name, mobile number, address, assigned area.
- Scheme and collection data: schemes, enrolments, instalment and collection amounts, dates and payment mode.
- Location (agents only): when a collection agent records a collection, the app reads the device’s precise location and sends it with that collection record so the business can verify where it was collected. Location is requested only while the app is in use and only if the agent grants permission.
- Camera and photos: the camera is used only if you choose to capture a photo (for example a product photo or a collection proof photo). Photos taken for collection verification stay on your device and are not uploaded.
- Technical data: basic diagnostic information needed to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To provide the App: sign-in, schemes, collections, reports.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information and do not show third-party advertising.
Who data belongs to
Data about customers and agents is entered by the business that uses Collection App. That business controls its records; we process them on its behalf.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host and operate the service, when required by law, or with your consent. Data within a business is visible to that business’s admin and to the agents and customers it relates to.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete account) or by following these instructions. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised, except records we must keep to meet legal or financial obligations.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
